Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Service Project
Children’s Healthcare - As a not-for-profit organization, Children's Healthcare of Atlanta relies on the generous financial and volunteer support of our community. Children from all over the state benefit from this great healthcare facility. Your donations directly impact the lives of each family served by Children’s and support many initiatives such as clinical excellence, research, teaching, wellness and charity care.
Registration Completion
Conference registrations are not considered complete until payment in full is received. Registrations not paid in full by October 15 will be cancelled. At that time, registrations cancelled will have to be resubmitted at Conference at the on-site registration rate.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made prior to the event’s pre-registration deadline of October 15 will be subject to processing and administrative fees as determined by the Executive Committee, but not to exceed 25% of the amount paid.
Cancellation and/or refund requests made after the pre-registration deadline of October 15 will be reviewed by the Executive Committee after the event with decision notification being sent within 30 days of the last day of the event.
All cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing via email to info@gaschoolcounselors.com, fax to (678) 560-9112, or US mail to 2100 Roswell Road, PMB 326, Marrietta, GA 30062 within 30 days of the last day of the event.
Individual refunds will not be given to individuals whose fees have been paid by their school systems; these refunds will be sent directly to the school system.

If you have questions regarding your registration, please contact the GSCA Office if at all possible prior to submitting your registration online. Once submitted, you no longer have the option to edit your registration yourself. Our staff at the office must do so manually. While we recognize some attendees must make changes due to unanticipated circumstances, please don't hesitate to call us prior to submission in order to provide you with the smoothest registration process possible.
